Graduate Program

The Graduate Program is a 16-month trainee program within the Dürr Group. The program is offered in the divisions Dürr, Schenck and HOMAG in the fields of "Technology & Innovation", "Software Engineering & Data Science" and "Finance".
The graduate program is divided into four stations. You will be assigned to various departments at different locations, among other things. You will also gain extensive experience in an international context during an approximately four-month stay abroad. In addition to the professional experience, you will receive various qualification elements in form of networking sessions, training programs and mentoring. You will be able to design your program individually and it will be oriented towards your personal development needs.
