High-quality surfaces–Spray painting with robots and automation
Together with their partner MAKOR, HOMAG will be demonstrating at HOLZ-HANDWERK in Hall 10.0 the spray robot for the first time in Nuremberg.
Together with their partner MAKOR, HOMAG will be demonstrating the spray robot for the first time in Nuremberg. The robot applies different paint quantities to the workpiece edge and the workpiece surface. In addition, visitors to HOLZ-HANDWERK can expect to see a spraying machine from the SPRAYTEQ S-100 series (previously GSF 100). Both systems feature the fully automatic loading and unloading station, which enables them to be operated largely automatically (i.e. with no personnel) during the spray application. For small to medium-sized businesses in particular, the SPRAYTEQ S-100 series is the optimal solution for entering the world of spray painting. The machines are some of the most compact painting machines in their class. They require only a small installation area and are used in the production of all types of furniture (including solid wood), interior design elements, windows, stairs, and doors.
