Panel dividing saws for plastics processing SAWTEQ S-200 plastics

Panel dividing saws for plastics processing SAWTEQ S-200 plastics

A small, but powerful plastics saw for fast processing of smaller batches.

The SAWTEQ S-200 plastics is a robust, versatile and efficient panel dividing saw for cutting plastic materials.

Benefits

  • Short cutting cycles due to high saw carriage speed
  • Small footprint thanks to compact machine dimensions
  • Precise and robust, because saw carriage and program fence are driven by rack and pinion systems

Features

  • Technologies developed specifically for plastic materials, such as the frequency-controlled main saw motor, special saw blades, narrow-finger clamps and an extraction system specially adapted to the requirements encountered when cutting plastic panels

  • Reverse cutting for precise cutting of thin materials such as PETG

  • CADmatic machine control with the “material-dependent parameters” module for short setup times

  • Manual pressure regulation for clamps and pressure beam – ideal when cutting pressure-sensitive materials
